What happens before an All on 4 implant?

The All-on-Four journey at Zenith Dental in Nottingham will begin with an initial consultation. This will involve one of our dentists closely examining your mouth and teeth and determining your suitability for the All on 4 implant. A CT scan will be required to evaluate 3D images of your bone. What happens during the All-on-Four procedure?

Digital scanning is the key to success for this tooth replacement procedure at our Nottingham clinic. The shape, orientation and overall appearance of the replacement teeth will be intricately designed digitally. Following the completion of the planning process, the All on 4 implant can be scheduled, usually with sedation.

Extractions will be carried out to remove the remnants of previously lost teeth. The dental implants are then securely fitted. The replacement teeth are then attached to the Implants into the correct position using stents made from the original scans. Bite patterns will be checked and the proper occlusion of the top and bottom jaws will be ensured.
