Your journey starts here

Patient makes contact with Zenith Dental via phone, social media, or requests a call back online. Patients may also make contact via the enquiry bot, picked up by our dental patient coordinators.

The Zenith team answers the phone or calls back the patient to discuss their needs/treatments.

The patient is then booked in for face to face consultation with the appropriate dentist. For Invisalign patients, a video call with Dr Edward Young will be arranged prior to a face to face consultation being confirmed. Following the video call, a face to face consultation will be arranged.

Following the consultation, a treatment plan is created and provided to patient. Our dental patient coordinator will call them to discuss the treatment plan.
Dental Patients
Patients will be invited to an initial consultation with the appropriate dentist to discuss everything in detail from your target outcomes to the Zenith Dental patient journey.
Following your consultation, you will have some time to think about whether you wish to go ahead with the proposed treatment plan.
For those paying finance, this can be set up by your patient coordinator. Otherwise, a deposit for next appointment will be required and while the remaining payment can be made at the next appointment.
Ongoing treatment support and a point of contact can be provided through your dental treatment coordinator, dentist or dental nurse.
